With a healthy stock of beer you will find that one day you are drinking 3-6 month old beer which is constantly maturing and can be kept for 12-18 months quite safely.
You can get empty bottles from the tip, garage sales, news paper advertisements, pubs, brewery outlets and if you get desperate you can buy a few cases of store beer
which is full of poison additives. Over 40 additives are added to store bought beer. You will never feel ill the next day after drinkinghome brew because there is only malted barley, hops, yeast, sugar, and water; all healthy stuff. In Europe beer is given to children at meal time. Doctors even recommend drinking Guinness daily for the circulation.

If you keep the temperature between 22 and 28 degrees inside the fermenter for 7 days you will find that the beer becomes stable and is drinkable in just three days. You shouldn’t need to drink the beer that early because in just one month you will have enough beer on hand so that eventually you will be drinking three month and older beer because you have a stock pile of beer. All bottles will taste the same. Not like your normal brew where you find some bottles tasting different to others. The secret to keeping the beer temperature constant is what we home brewers have been searching for. I have found the answer in the fermenter, you yourself can assemble.
